ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Stomatitis aftosa rekuren (SAR) merupakan penyakit yang sering terjadi di rongga mulut. Etiologi SAR hingga saat ini belum diketahui, namun beberapa faktor seperti stres, sistemik, imunitas, alergi, genetik, dan nutrisi dihubungkan menjadi pemicu SAR.Tujuan penelitian mneganalisis hubungan stomatitis tingkat stres serta menunjukkan gambaran predisposisi SAR, tindakan perawatan, pencegahan, eksternal penambah beban mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring. Metode: Jenis digunakan adalah cross-sectional study dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen kuesioner online diberikan kepada menjalani daring pada tahun 2020-2021 minimal 1 semester, pernah mengalami SAR. Kuesioner tertutup untuk mengevaluasi stress, sedangkan menilai persepsi perceived stress scale 10 (PSS-10). Data diperoleh kemudian dianalisis uji chi-square menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil: Hasil dari 100 responden sedang sejumlah 58 (58%) berat 42 (42%). Selain itu, terdapat 49 (49%) 51 (51%) tidak bulan sebelumnya. nilai p sebesar 0,327.
